VietNamNet Bridge – The army-run mobile phone operator Viettel will provide internet services to 300 schools in Cambodia this year, according to the corporation’s General Director Hoang Anh Xuan.
Xuan made the statement while he was being received by the Cambodian Prime Minister, Hun Sen, in Phnom Penh on April 22, adding that his company wants to offer Cambodia access to modern technologies to help solve its humanitarian and social issues.
Viettel has already donated 500,000 USD to provide poor Cambodian children with heart and mouth surgery.
The company also plans to introduce a landline phone service for households in Cambodia, he added.
For his part, the Cambodian PM promised that his government would create the right environment to enable Viettel to develop its business there in the future.

Same stories like between 1975-1978 under the Khmer Rouge regime. US or the western world saw, did not help the Khmer and gave our future to the century Khmer enemy's "Vietnamese." arm.
The situation now is not different, maybe the western just world don't want to support us.

For Cambodian people, pleas wake up! Youn have never loved you as their behavior. You look Khmer Kampuchea-Krom who are living in their homeland. They have met many abstacle when they want to practise their own rights on their homeland. Cambodian people, if you want to know Youn are good with you or not, the first you should have enough ability to listen Youn language because at that time you can understand what Youn think and talk about you.

Now a day when one country want to colonise others, they don't use arm force or military mean like in the old day but through economic dominant. This is what vietname do to cambodia right now.

My heart filled with rage whenever I think about youn. I can't sleep everytime I think about youn is taking our country without using a single bullet. Their strategy is to take the city without destroying it, so that they don't have to waste their money and time to rebuild the city. They are using hun sen and the ccp to do their work for them by managing Khmers to build roads, buildings, hotels, telecommunication infrastructures, and all the essential industries prior to taking full control over Khmer's land. They trained pol pot(khmer rouge)and used sihanouk to kill Khmer without us knowing it. Right now, their strategy is to make the ccp leaders rich and have the ccp kill Khmers little by little without anyone realizing it until it's too late, just like pol pot's time. Khmers be aware of their deception. They will never stop (just like cancer)until all of us are killed, until there is no more Khmer. Then they move on to Thailand and Burma, moving west ward is their mission. Therefore, only one question we need to keep in mind. How can we stop this cancer from spreading over our land?
Do not trust the viet's motive to colonize cambodia. viet tel is a part of the bigger plan to colonize cambodia.
