Here is my truethfull suggestion. His Exellency Sam Rainsy has deserved to have this title because he has been nominated as Minister of Inland revenue in 1993. But I hope many other who haven't been appointed as Minister shouldn't used His Exellency title. It is very shamefull if you are claiming what you cannot.
My other suggestion is that His Exellency Sam Rainsy should move on by allowing Mrs Mu Sochua to take over as Party Leader and he can be first Deputy Leader and Mr Kem Sokha for second Deputy Leader for their failing to win for two National General election already. With this way, Mrs Mu Sochua can lead both parties ( Alliance of SRP and HRP ). With this scenario, I hope Mrs Mu Sochua can win next election for sure. I hope my suggestion won't make H,E Sam rainsy and Mr Kem Sokha hhard feeling at all.
