Officials from the Sam Rainsy Party and Funcinpec on Wednesday ruled out any possibility of a future coalition.
SRP spokesman Yim Sovann said his party would welcome Funcinpec but only if they embraced the opposition party's platform.
Nhek Bun Chhay, secretary general of Funcinpec, which last week announced a future merger with the Norodom Ranariddh Party, said differences in vision with the SRP precluded any possible coalition.
The SRP's outlook, Nhek Bun Chay said, is to oppose the government on everything, adding that Funcinpec would be willing to partner with the ruling Cambodian People's Party.

Don't you ever form any coalition with FUN again.
They are just a bunch of flip-flopper.
They sold their mind and spirit.
Stay away from them.
They also are losers. They had some 20s seats a few year ago, and lost to 2 seats because they are the most corrupted party, and do not care for the people whom they represent.

FUN has nothing left for SRP, but problem. If SRP is smart, SRP should not engage in any talk with FUN at party level. SRP should talk only with some FUN member who has dignity and fine political pass. Hope that these people still has value to contribute to Cambodian people.

I see that every commentator above has different ways of expression but shares the same conclusion - for SRP not to partner with FUN. I agree.
FUN was dead since the so-called party coup by the CPP spy Nhek Bun Chhay. It is also not difficult to conclude that You Hockry is another CPP spy - there were a lot of evidence to support this. So, CPP has succeeded in destroying the so-called royalists already. Both FUN and NRP are merely CPP's satellites. They will help SRP with nothing, if partnered, but instead will surely cause considerable harm to SRP.
The same conclusion - stay away from these pieces of shit.
