Prime Minister Hun Sen has strongly blasted Mrs. Mu Sochua and warned that he is ready to strip her parliamentary immunity, as both sides in the legal battle have formally lodged their lawsuit and counter-suit against each other, reports Deum Ampil newspaper.
In a public speech a few days ago, Mr. Hun Sen said: "She is a fool herself but accused others of insulting other women. And I am ready to allow the parliament to strip my parliamentary immunity when the court issues an order to the Ministry of Justice and pass it on to parliament to strip my parliamentary immunity. But to strip my parliamentary immunity, it needs 2/3 majority."
Mr. Hun Sen added: "I did not counter-sue, I was pre-emptively suing (her) for defamation which she had made during her press conference last Thursday which I have sufficient evidence, including audio tapes and photos."
Mr. Hun Sen was not only suing Mrs. Mu Sochua, but he is suing her lawyer, Mr. Kong Sam Onn, as well. He is demanding 1o million Riels (~$2500) in compensation. He said that the money will be given to the orphanages, says Deum Ampil.

This uneducated PM think that he is above the laws. Well, because he controls the court, he has always been above the laws. He can insult, threaten, jail and kill anyone he likes and he can get away with it.

Hun Sen just want to intimidate and threaten Mu Sochua's lawyer. He is only representing Mrs Mu Sochua in his capacity as a lawyer, therefore he must not be sued. But the mad dog Hun Sen will try to terrorize everyone into submission to him. This is what we called a real 'neak leng'. So Kasit is right in calling Hun Sen a 'nak leng' because he is really one.
Hun Sen is belittling his people. He is proofing the world that he is the head of gangsters; thus, we have no rights to sue him. I am so shock to see how a prime minister of nation doing such a thing to his own people.
