SAM RAINSY'S MAY DAY MESSAGE TO CAMBODIAN WORKERS
Opposition leader Sam Rainsy refers to the effects of the global economic crisis on Cambodian workers' conditions. He tells workers about the US$500-million stimulus package he has suggested in order to save jobs and create new ones. Such a plan requires a reduction in corruption and more emphasis on serving the public interest. Sam Rainsy rejects Prime Minister Hun Sen's plan to send workers back to the countryside.

Ah Hun Sen never understand the word "Stimulus package". Why ? Because physically he is blind, educationally speaking, he has only finished 5th grade elementary school in Kg Cham.
SR was talking about stimulus package to HS is like to talk to a monkey on how to speak human language.
Ah kvak and Ah kven rule Cambodia by the support of the Viatnamese.

Hun SEn Have a big plan like POL POT did .. But he practice difference way .. beware off what HUN SEN doing , He(It) might be worth then Pol pot .
