SUBJECT: Co-Prosecutor Robert Petit was forced to resign by Prime Minister HUN SEN. His family members were held against their will by HUN SEN's police in Siemreap City.
This is what was happened.
One month before the announcement of Co-Prosecutor Robert Petit's resignation, Robert Petit’s family members were visiting Siemreap City, Cambodia, as tourists.
When Robert Petit’s family members were arriving at Siemreap Airport, they were held against their will in Siemreap city. This means, whenever and wherever they go, they were escorted always by the driver and police agents of HUN SEN government. They were not authorized to go alone, by themselves. They were locked in the five star SOKHA HOTEL. But they were not authorized to leave. Shopping, Hotel, and foods were free. Robert Petit’s family members had nothing to pay. Everything was paid by HUN SEN police.
Robert Petit had met his family members in Siemreap city to see that his family members were not physically harmed.
It must be reminded that Robert Petit had asked the ECCC to put six more people on trial such as NORODOM SIHANOUK, HENG SAMRIN, CHEA SIM, HUN SEN, HO NAM HONG and KEAT CHHON.
HUN SEN representatives ordered Mr. Robert Petit to stop asking the ECCC to put more people to trial. If he doesn’t stop, he must resign, ordered HUN SEN people or else (Police HUN SEN threatened on the lives of Robert Petit’s family members).
We have witnesses to support the above facts.

Almost everyone around the world knows that those 6 people were heavily involved on April 17th of 1975. They were the most important piece of the puzzle. Forcing Petit to leave means very little or may be just to buy time a little more? The man just did his job.

True or not is not important. Peace and stability are what we need. Sihanouk, Keat Chhon should be on trial, but not others who have done their efforts to put an end to the civil wars. If UN really wants justice for Khmers, they should done that in 1993, when then CPP didn't accept the election results. They had military ... in Cambodia, but they, instead agreed to a power-sharing.
If there is a civil war, even SRS can not lead the country, and CPP folks will win anyway. But, the disasters will be worse. AND, our both giant neighbors will be happy to pour the gasoline until they shared Cambodian land and erase oucountry from the world map.
If this allegation turns out true, the ECCC has no credibility what so ever since other suspects cannot be brought to trial by a qualified prosecuter like judge Petit. This is Hun Xen's kangooroo court.

Show us your papers of where Petit had asked ECCC to summond His Majesty King Sihanouk to stand trial? He may have asked for Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, Chea Sim and Keat Chon, yes.
It does not have to be Hun Sen and his police killers that'd chase Petit out it will Khmers in countryside will kill Petit for his resquest if he dared, and Hun Sen's police won't stop them, because it will benefit to them too.
I said for so many times in the past that this KRT is a fake trial and only to vaccum money from tax payers and donors to pocket CPP and the desparate lawyers who found no jobs avaiable for them at oversea.
This trial involved heavily with the foreigners especially Vietnamese Government and Chinese Government, and may lead to a former N. Korean Leader Kim Il Sung (Father of Kim Jung Il), then US/UK, Germany and Thailand. Those countries can deny all they want but the facts they involved and contributed to the killings. The killings in Cambodia were tragedy but neither King Sihanouk nor Hun Sen, Chea Sim or the rest in CPP planned to kill their own people.
The emptied cities and million mines around the country were the ideas of China and N. Korea to keep the enemies: Vietnamese out off Cambodia, and to begin new society like in China and/or N. Korea, to create a new powerful weapon to defend itself.
