One Cambodian army official based in Preah Vihear temple told the Koh Santepheap newspaper that, at about 2PM on 01 June, a tug of war took place between Cambodian and Thai soldiers near the Beehive zone, located in front of Wat Keo Sekha Kiri Svarak pagoda, an area where the Cambodian and Thai sides agreed to maintain 30 soldiers each. The reason for the tug of war started was when Thai paratroopers disguised in black-clad uniforms approached the Cambodian military frontline. However, Cambodian troops knew about this situation in advance, and they chased these Thai paratroopers through this tug of war. Nevertheless, there was no report from the Thai side indicating the reason for the movement of fresh Thai troops, nor were there any information as to why these Thai soldiers conducted abnormal activities which led to military tension between Cambodian and Thai soldiers. It is observed that this action took place after the Cambodian army insisted that Thailand pulls their troops out of Hill 600, near O’Chak Chreng. These Thai soldiers were illegally sent to station [inside Cambodia].

Border conflit between Thailand & Cambodia is similar to Land disputes in Cambodia while Authority and Tycoon/Powerful men send troops (police PM Armed forces) to pull people out of their lands... in order to grab....
