On 08 July, Dam Sith, editor-in-chief of the Moneaksekar Khmer newspaper, wrote an apology letter to Hun Xen, and he asked the government to withdraw the lawsuit against him from the Phnom Penh municipal court.
According to a Cambodian government source, we learned that Hun Xen received the letter and agreed to have the government lawyer drop this lawsuit case against Dam Sith.
