KI-Media loves to hear from you, and we're giving you a bullhorn. We just ask that you keep things civil. Please leave out personal attacks, do not use profanity, ethnic or racial slurs, or take shots at anyone's sexual orientation or religion. We thank you for your cooperation!
hI pRos pOV, Sastrachar Sithan had adapted the poem from late Laukta Banddhid ney Asar-sass Khmer.Keng Vansak. Pros Pov ,U should more from the others Khmer-Poets in the old day.
I'm not like vulgar words too, but stanzas number 1 and 2 are not Lok Sithasn's poem, like he did give the footnote below. These two stanzas belonged to the deceased Lok Keng Van Sak. He did ask since 1973: What's this War of Liberation of Cambodia for ????
He died last year and did not get his answer yet!
May be Lok Sithan tried to answer Lok K.V.S's question on his stanza 3 through 7.
Om Sithan, I like it and I want to post Om Sam's peom and yours in my Blog, but yours contains vulgar and I don't feel comfortable if friends ask me to translate it for them. I want the foreigners to respect Khmers. I know for us Khmers is OK because we understand our meanings.
You did so great.
I am reading many poems and I am going to pick the best poems.

Om Sithan,
You can make a very good poem if you try not to use vulgar languages.
Thanks

I think in the 1st 2 stanzas, there is a quote of Dr. Keng Van Sak's poem.
Good poem, indeed.
