Please post this up on a big board in Cambodia along the street secretly at night and let Hun Sen see his great contribution to Khmer society for himself. This is something he would be extremely proud to see and I'm sure he wouldn't mind to let his citizens see his great premiership work either.

Those old trucks and tanks are good for personal (bokoul mnak) protection and scaring domestic protesters, it will not stand any chance with any size of modern military that any of Cambodia's neighbors posesses.
Cambodia has to decide which one of the US and China should help develop Cambodia's military to be at an effective and sufficient level - one that protects the country no matter what political party or government is in charge, and one that respect the laws not individuals.
One of these big powers has to decide if they can benefit from Cambodia's loyalty and committ real assistance. Cambodia is still undecided and dancing with both like a virgin girl on a dance floor.
