CAMBODIA is small country! if cambodia don't improve herself by upgrading military power, their neighbors will continue taking advantage everytime they find a weakness....just take a look at NORTH KOREA for example! they are small but no one wants to fuck around with them! we don't need to have nuclear missile to defend our country like North Korea, just enough to defend ourself from greedy neighbors....Viet is the big problems for cambodia!!!!
