HA NOI — Viet Nam and Cambodia need to promote co-operation, share experiences and support each other in the fields of land management, urban planning and construction for the development of both countries, said Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.

Prime Minister Dung made the statement while receiving the Cambodian Senior Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, Im Chhun Lim, in Ha Noi yesterday.

Dung said he was delighted at the development of relations between two countries in all fields and the outcome of talks held between the visiting Cambodian Senior Minister and Vietnamese Minister of Construction Nguyen Hong Quan and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Pham Khoi Nguyen.

He stressed the need for relevant ministries and agencies of Viet Nam and Cambodia to join efforts to implement agreements reached between the two sides.

Viet Nam would help train human resources for Cambodia in the field of construction and share legislative experiences in land management and construction with Cambodia, said Dung.

He stressed that Viet Nam wished to effectively implement agreements signed between the two Governments in boosting investment and trade between the two countries, particularly investment activities of Vietnamese businesses in Cambodia.

Lim thanked Viet Nam for its assistance to Cambodia in the fields of construction, land management and urban planning.

He committed to support Vietnamese businesses operating in the field of construction to do business in Cambodia as well as create favourable conditions for the HCM City University of Civil Engineering and University of Architecture to open branches in Cambodia.

Does Cambodian history repeat itself again? Is the Cambodian team well-trained enough to put up with the Vietnamese while being frontally attacked by the Thais?

May Cambodian Baromeys guide our true leaders!

i think the youn is trying to compete with china, the USA, and the world in doing business in cambodia. but they forget one thing, that khmer people are not so fond of them! they want to make the world think everything in cambodia is vietnam! i guess they are still living in the dark ages era or something. only dumb and stupid country like vietnam would try to do something like this in cambodia. watch, sooner khmer people will deport them and tell them to learn khmer language or they will be forbid to do business in cambodia! if they want a piece of cambodia pie, they have to learn khmer way and khmer language and culture, etc... no exception for youn, you know! khmer people are not fond of youn, to begin with. think about it! don't over do it, stupid youn creeps!

7:45am, well, if that was true, that was the dark ages or stone ages; and it was history already as well. if they try to take cambodia again in this modern day and age, i'm sure they will pay the prize big time for their wishful and unlawful dream of taking my beloved country cambodia! be careful, youn and siem, what you wish for because it could come back around and bit you creepy people in the ass, you know! you dream of cambodia like during the dark ages, you know, because you thug-like people will lose more than you can bite, this time you'll lose all of your teeth, you know!
