Dear Cambodian Compatriot,
To commemorate the World “Human Rights Day” and to show our determination to stop GENOCIDE of the Khmer People to the United Nations during the special Universal Periodic Review (UPR) on Cambodia in December 2009
This is a great opportunity for us and on behalf of the Cambodian people victims of the genocide and gross human rights violations in Cambodia to stand up in solidarity for defending human rights and act on our collective responsibility to urge the world bodies to respond to the call of humanity for peace, justice and compassion in Cambodia as well as in other countries around the world.
Mr. Elie Wiesel, a Jewish writer, professor, political activist, Holocaust survivor and Nobel Laureate (Peace Prize in 1986), has said, “I swore never to be silent whenever and wherever human beings endure suffering and humiliation. We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.”

please everyone, who wish to see change in our society, Power abuses and greed have driven people to poverty, come along and joint for the human cause.
regarding humanity and generosity, our buddhist monks are also invited in order to express and enforece principles of buddhism.

I want to participate and aske Ms. Chak Sakhon that how is her husband Mr. Chak Saroeurn doing with Mr. Ronodom Sihanouk? Chak sokhon a wife of Chak Saroeurn, Norodom Sihanouk and Hun Sen is from the same puppet group of YOUN hanoi so-call Khmer Loak Srok, is not Khmer Mchas Srok.

Therefore, please explained the position on Human Rights and the United Nations genocide convention adopted by the International body in 1948, does the philosophy work in that communist region?

You are right. It is a rare opportunity for us. We all should join.
cambodian people should stop relying on only one leader because you to think about the case scenerio of what happen when something can happen to that one leader where, then you have choas like in the past. we should encourage more people, especially well-educated, smart, intelligent individuals to participate in gov't process in cambodia. it shouldn't be the same like in the past when most khmer people rely only on one or two leadership. so, when the KR killed those few, then we have no more worldly educated leaders. so, we have to change some of our no good, outdated thinking to embrace changes and new paradigm shift perhaps. it's the smart and clever thing to do, really. god bless cambodia.

I agreed with you, Bandit Chalk Sakhon and General Tith Sarun are the same mode.
They all cheated khmer all over the world by using their organisation call "Khmer M'chas Srok".
Their name are stinging every where; even my son know that!
Is Human Rights can preventing, speading Vietnam as annexer, terror, aggressor and invader into Cambodia?

I agree with you 100%. This lady is very arrogant, and also she is a big liar.. I talked to her on the phone when she was in Long Beach, California.
When she knew that have known her root/(who is her husband)since we were the Lycee Sangkum Reastr Niyum, then she said on the phone that " I call you back this afternoon". Since then it never happened.
Her husband was Mr Chak Saroeun (Former Funcinpec in the 80's). He was disappointed of not getting any position in the government in 1993. Also his brother, Mr Chak Sarik, was a Head of Finance at Funcinpec office in Bangkok in the 80's ( Under Ranariddh leadership).
When she in Lycee in PPenh, she was a girl that liked to show off in the group. She talked very eloquent but she is a real chicken, liar and afraid to face with Hun Sen. I asked her that "will she plan to joint the election against Hun Sen in 2012 ? She said "No". Her goal is to get khmers oversea to joint in her party so call
" Khmer Mchas srok". Then I ask some questions about her platform, goal in the near future to free Cambodia from hun Sen/CPP. Then she said " In order for her to answer that questions, I have to be a member in her party and to PAY annual fee of $300 US.

Dr. Chak Sakhonn : Please don't forget to mention the Accord Paris 1991 as you mentioned in Long Beach meeting. It is the key issues to mobilize for those who signed the treaties and they must be aware of the current situations in Cambodia.
Don't confuse my beloved Cambodians, UN has not invited Madam Chak Sokhon of KMS to speech because KMS has no accreditation with UN-ECOSOK of UN-FD, please check it out with www.un.org but this laidy just does self promoter by cheating people, actually she just wrote a letter such papper submit to this event the same other Khmer did.
She used UN Logo to put on her letter is fraud by law, because UN logo can put to any letter head of UN partner only, so she can cheat only ignorant people but she can lies intelectual.
It sounds like Mr. SS is not happy that "Dr. Chak whatever" is competing for the same spotlight.
They claim to work for the nation best interessts, but look how these people fight each others for their own intersts.
