no matter of an appearance as an independent country but laos is a country completely colonized by viets. Actually, viets can exploit laos natural resource as they want and as much they can. yuons may say, 1991 Paris Peace agreement is also fiction. yuons ordered some khmer rouge to confess crimes for yuons and say that Khmer rouge didn't killed Khmer. The millions skulls in Cambodia are made of plastic. At least yuons can reduce amouth of Khmer killed by khmer rouge. So millions yuon migrants can come to Cambodia without worry to justify or shock the world about the explosion of population in Cambodia because of yuons migrants
