I. BOUNDARY BRIEF
The Cambodia - Vietnam boundary extends for approximately 763 miles between the Gulf of Thailand and the tripoint with Laos. The boundary stems from treaties negotiated between France and Cambodia in the 19th century and from decrees issued by the Governor General of Indochina during the French administrative period. Several segments along the land boundary have been open to dispute, and sovereignty over certain islands in the Gulf of Thailand has been claimed by both states.

This is very important document. Through supplemental border treaty in 2005 which Hun Sen signed with Vietnam partner, not only ceding portion of Cambodian land to Vietnam but also tied Hun Sen and his teams in current government into the chess board of Vietnam.
Now, Cambodian monarch has been spoiled by his decree approval of this treaty.
Vietnam can use one stone but kill two birds: encroaching more Khmer land and tie Khmer people (Hun Sen, Chea Sim, Heng Samrin and King Sihamuni etc into their trap).
This is neo-imperialistic approach of Vietnam - very smart right?

The encroachment of Cambodia border by VN is really dangerous than the north one. When I was young I alway thinking about how Khmer leader stupid that allow Prey Nokor loosing to VN. Why Khmer people so stupid, powerless to protect it. But just now, I understand how VN can get Prey Nokor. Border encroachment also dangerous but immigration is the evil. We will use this doc to fight with the Hanoi regime's encroachment policy on Khmer's soil.
This proves Dictator Hun Sen incompetent and brainless puppet of Hanoi regime.
If Hun Sen is smart, then he must fight back the Viet's encroachment. We are not asking Hun Sen to take back Kampuchea Krom, but to protect what Khmer currently have: Motherland Cambodia.

Hun Sen didn't, doesn't, and won't care about Cambodia and her people, but only his greedy in power and builds his wealth by put Cambodia on sale.
It's up to all Khmers to make a CHANGE, otherwise all Khmers will die and will be Vietnamese slaves on their ancestors'Lands.

History is full of inferior groups of people losing land to stronger groups. Look at American Indians and Australia aboriginal. Khmer should be ready to lose motherland any time soon. It is time to sign up for Viet language. All of us Kmer will soon be Viet citizens.

Remember, we were 8 grader student from Cambodia, by destiny from god we were longer serving our master Vietnam interest. The actually king was our puppet to control Cambodia people mind without that our strategies will not reach it goals easily, he has accepted all of this accomplisment in exchange for a useless throne to destroy it own people and country, to make our master Vietnam look good in the international communities.
