Because “Sam Rainsy’s acts of destruction of public properties … violate the laws of Cambodia and Vietnam, as well as the conventions, treaties and agreements concluded by the 2 countries…”, the Svay Rieng tribunal has no jurisdiction over this case as international treaties are “above” the constitutions of the countries concluding them. One should also take a look to see if these Yuon/Hun Sen treaties have provisions regarding resolutions of conflicts caused by the contracting parties or caused by a third party.
Sam Rainsy is right to declare on Tuesday to RFA that he will bring this affair to the “adjudication” by the 1991 Paris Peace Conference on Cambodia.
Meanwhile, since he “(undermined) the relationships between Vietnam and Cambodia” – just like in the case of Venerable Tim Sakhorn – soon, Sam Rainsy risks being “defrocked” of his parliamentary immunity, and he could be kidnapped by Hun Sen’s secret police to be sent to stand trial in the Yuon Hanoi’s tribunal...

Puisque "Ces actes de destruction de biens communs par Sam Rainsy... violent les lois du Cambodge et du Vietnam, ainsi que les conventions, traités et accords conclus par les 2 pays...", le tribunal de Svay Rieng n'est pas compétent pour juger l'affaire, les traités internationaux étant "au-dessus" des lois constitutionnelles des pays signataires. Il faudrait voir aussi si ces traités yuon/Hun Sen ont prévu ou non des procédures de règlement en cas de conflit généré par les parties contractantes ou par une tierce partie.

En attendant, puisqu'il a "(sapé) les relations entre le Vietnam et le Cambodge", comme dans le cas du Vénérable Tim Sakhorn, il risque d'être bientôt "défroqué" de son immunité parlementaire pour être kidnappé par la police secrète de Hun Sen et envoyé au tribunal Yuon de Hanoi...

SAM Raingsy, you are put by God in a position as one of the leader of oppressed and enslaved khmer people. They are first God's people. God serve you to serve them.
Your strenght and might cannot do things.. But with Holy Spirit from God everything will be done according to His plan and desire.
You should come to God first and consult Him in the first place before acting in any thing. Again you put hope on other nations to help you. On Paris peace Agreement. Who will care for Cambodian people if you put God aside.
Inquired for God's hele and Guidance and everthing will be done according to His plan and desire for Cambodian people. The plan that give them hope peace and prosperity and security and not a plan to harm them.
Listen to God's prophet (Buddha) who was had left us with a testament (Dharma) and walk in this path. Approch and come back to God and repent of your sin (ask for helps from other nations for help) and do not stray away from God. For He will be with you and Khmer people, if we come back to Him. For if God is with us who will be against us.
For without God your might and power is nothig but heep up your pride that will drive you to your own destruction along with the oppressed people.
For if you do not serve God to be his servant to serve His oppressed and enslaved people, He will raise up others among them to serve Him to free His people in suffering and under the yoke of the wicked leaders ans neighbouring and faraway nations.
God always warn his people before judgment and punishement. To khmer nation was it done but he did not listen to Him until the calamity struck down 2M souls.

This case should be known across the world. Vietnam cann't do thing to please Hun Sen alone to look good in the eyes of everybody. From now on, do the other way around or both Vietnam. That if you had learned anything. Otherwise don't bother and just continue do your own stupid way. Stupid and shameful is for you predator race!

We need to be united for the good and justice causes . khmer nside and outside is the time to stand up and protest in front of UN building and ask them to review accord Paris 1991 immediately. Sam Rainsy is hero and we should unite with him.
It is a very good analogy and that was exactly what happen to Tim Sakhorn. Undermining national unity between Kampuchea and Vietnam.
What a joke.
Bring this attention to the international stage. Internationalize Khmer issue and that's the most effective way to help Khmer.

It is good occasion to rainsy to recall international community on the measures for the respect of Paris peace agreement 1991 in order to end genocide and viet expansionist policy in Cambodia.
