Bravo!!!!
It's good to hear and welcome this information because in the past since several regimes of Sangkum Reas Niyum (1955 - 1970); Khmer Republic (1970 - 1975) and Democratic Kampuchea (1975 - 1979) we never heart about the sea overllaping areas. So the overllaping areas will be only in the Khmer territory.

With or without MoU is not really a case, the fact that this Bastard Kasit want to have Hun Sen blood to wash his legs. Remember?
