Khmer should take the Vietnam to the World Court. Let's see what claims to they get to take Koh Tal like that... I also want to see Cambodia stand tall about this issue too.
Unless Hanoi gives the Green Ligth then Hun Sen Dares to do this.

i think khmer krom and khmer both should take youn to the international court about this mape and asking khmer krom back from vietname because franch making an dicision for khmer not khmer themself willing to give up kampochea krom for youn. so khmer land should be khmer people making a decesion not french. in my pray i belive that one day khmer krom people will free from youn as their own boss on their own land. and youn will have no land to live on.

After 1979-1984, I studied in secondary school, all students must draw the Cambodian Map with Koh Tral. Who forgot to draw the Kok Tral would not get the fully Score. So, we remembered Koh Tral is belong to Khmer.
That is one best education in the history of Koh Tral Island. Thanks to both Mr. Soth Polin and Lee Diep. They are the true Khmer patriots. They know their historical facts and their analysis is of high academic caliber. I think people need to learn to read more Khmer to learn the truth. Someone needs to translate this invaluable piece of document in Englis so that everyone will know the truth of Koh Tral. I'd like to ask also about another Khmer island within the Golf Of Thailand that Hun Sen agreed to detach it to Thailand. Does anyone know about that island. I don't know the name yet, but someone need to research about it. It was mentioned in the Bangkok Post as belonging to Cambodia.
France is the one who really involved on how land and sea of both countries are divided. Why no one bring France back to solve this prolem? Why France is very quiet these days on this issue. France should be guilty that give our Khmer Krom, Koh Tral and other islands to Vietnam.
What is the main reasons that France cut our land and sea to Vietnam. Any boby got the answer? I never figure out and never understand why?
We should take France to world court to make them pay for our lost and the suffering of our Khmer Krom People having every single day.
Hey 11:13, it is called "Koh Kut". Here read this as follows: According to Bangkok Post's article, "Don't revoke Cambodia accords, say academics",
"If the second MoU is also revoked, Thailand could lose current territorial rights over Koh Kut island because Cambodia's acknowledgement of the Thai rights is part of this MoU, she said."
There is no way to have solution to border issues with Vietnam if Hun Sen and other top youn pupets are still alive. They have to follow the orders from their boss for longer lives. I defintely believe everyone has the same thought.

Too many e-mail I read are almost the same. Ly Ngoc Diep and Sot Polin are under microscope. How Ly Ngoc Diep will win a title of Khmer brotherhood remains to be seen. Khmers now knew that Yuon are among them, and they are looking for a real Khmer unifier like Lok Rainsy.
I won't make comment on this because I prefer to read from the real scholars and the educated people who write with many footnotes to support their articles.
In new papers wrote in French by doctorat candidate Maya Mary Kong I just read, that French signed and returned land back to Vietnam signaled by the US, because the US wanted to use our former land KKK and Koh Trol as their military base.
Recently news, the US and China are both working with Vietnam and each want to control SEA, and China now starts to claim South Vietnam and PhuQuoc (Koh Trol) belonged to China based on historical facts saying Chinese fishermen discovered that part of the territory. China now starts to claim a lot of land in SEA belong to her.
I think we are not going to have peace even though we can get Koh Trol back from Yuon.

While you are at it, the Mexicans will take the US to World court and demand back California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. Then all of the Khmers in Long Beach, Stockton and Houston will be deported by the Mexicans back to Cambodia.

Youns and Chinks were from the same ancestors, so you were wrong when you wrote "slave" or you don't know about history. Cambodians were youn's slave for almost 400 years, did you know that?
