it is everyone's responsibility to help keep the beaches clean of trash and debris in cambodia, meaning both tourists and local alike. of course, city muncipality should provide trash collection and trash bins, however, people are to be mindful not to trash the beaches and help to keep them clean for all to enjoy, really!
again, don't blame the gov't, it's society and the people that trashed the place, ok! they ought to be reprimanded or educated to pick up trash in the neighhborhoods of cambodia, really.
