This do not look safe. The law should not permitted. When accident occure it can kill or injured others. Public safety should be closely monitor.
This is why cambodia has accident 100 time a day...because of these stupid overloads! they should fine and punish these people...if they want to put more stuffs, use the Three wheeler?
Hell, I thought that man was fucking his on moto.
A typical cambodian stupidity.
He Has To Do Like that I think.

Can't blame him, he get the money from the right way better than corrupt.
8:20PM. I have to agree with you. Just like, it is ok for the company to clear out forest with thousands of truck load of loggs but it is illegal for poor farmers cut down a few small tree for fire woods to cook rice.
People need to see biger pictures. There are more corrupted officials who suffere, abuse and kill inocent victims then a few accident by this honest poor hard working people. I am sure if he can affort proper transportation he would.
"Traffic injuries are a major problem in Cambodia, where about 4 people per day are killed in accidents"
HUN XEN GIVE OUR NATION TO VIET IS A LOT MORE CRITICAL THEN THE TRAFFIC ISSUES.
this kind of delivery should not be allowed if safety is their top priority. they preach but don't enforce... so cambodian's life is still cheap. this kind of delivery is not only put his life in danger but he also put other people's lives in danger.
That's the way of surviving in Cambodia.
And it could be worse.
Khmers oversea could know that.
cambodia should educate people on not to overload their ride like this because not only it endangers themselves, it also endangers the public. can you imagine when all those transport fall off, a catastrophic traffic accident is waiting to happen, especially in the crowded streets of phnom penh. wake up, people. don't blame the gov't, it's society that need to have a new paradigm shift as well, really.!
just because gov't turned a blind-eye on people's chaotic living or riding in the past due to their compassion for people, especially after surviving the KR brutality, now it is time for people in society to start new thinking in terms of personal and public safety. no more excuses now! wake up, people!
4:23pm who is wrote this topic? why you always blame khmer people and use bad words as stupidity words. are you khmer or not khmer do not use that words to write on ki-media.blogsot.I think you never go to school and your mother never give you a good words so you become rude man.
I think you are crazy man ,bithc, playboy, and you should go to hell soon,
Stop to blame khmer people and khmer people never as your money.
Most of persons who comment this reporting seem ignore how Cambodians live actually in Cambodia.
This man is a middle class Cambodian.
30% of Cambodians are poorer than him.
i think we understand how people live in cambodia in reality, however, some of us here are just throwing out ideas, concepts, good point of views, etc in hope or demand that in order for cambodia and death from traffic accident to be less, everyone in cambodian society must respect or obey road safety law, etc... of course, things are a lot better now in cambodia, however, don't just relax yet, because there are still a lot of room for improvement for all, really! that's all! no more bad excuses, please! just take it like a real good citizen, that's all. god bless cambodia.
