My beloved countrymen
Enemies have all tactics to label, frame, or paint us as the worse human beings as they can think of. They want to paint us with mud and they paint themselves with gold; they label us as wild and filthy and they label themselves as good and gentle. They are in position of power so the manipulation is at will.
You may recall from the outset of invasion of Cambodia. Instead of invaders with pillaging intention, they labeled themselves "rescuers." The deceptive tactics will never end as long as they can fulfill their stupendous plan of Indochina Federation. Cambodians are subjected to listen and obey to that federation--no question is allowed to ask. It is almost similar to "Don't ask, Don't tell" policy in the US army. In this case, Don't ask, Don't tell about the suffocated Indochina Federation for Khmers to accept. Inside that federation, all Khmers are under siege: Khmers are assaulted by driving out of their farmlands, villages, towns, river banks, islands, and sea shores. For those who resist Vietnam and/or Hun Sen's order, they are handcuffed, beaten, and imprisoned. On October 25th, 2009's incident in Svay Reing was a living proof. As of today, two Khmer men are still in prison.
Again, to fulfill the stupendous plan of Indochina Federation, Vietnam, Hun Sen and other CPP members may accuse us, Khmers, as "racists" against them as good and gentle people. They are blaming the victims cleverly. If we don't say anything, Vietnam walk over us rudely. If we say anything, they label us "racists." They take advantage of us either way. There is an American expression " Damn if you do, Damn if you don't." The reason they label us "racists" is because they want to erect Gas Chamber behind the word " racists." They don't want any one (World) to know the inconvenient fact about the Indochina Federation's Gas Chamber.
We, Khmers, stand on our principle. We refuse to inhale poison gas and die indignantly. We are crying for Freedom and the Freedom of Expression. We want to voice our fear about a neo-Hitler in Cambodia. If we don't have the Freedom, the neo-Hitler would murder us in the Gas Chamber in Indochina Federation.

A YUON never care about the Khmer suffering and dying, a YUON are very happen to see Khmer people become weak, losing confident and die so they can take over the Khmer territory with no resistance. Just like Khmer Krom.

Why do you say A all the time? Does it make you feel better to speak like Hun Xen? Pointing out everybody and calling them Ah?
Look, for once, can you speak reasonably? Stop pointing out other, whether they the people you talk be Youn, Khmer, Hun Xen, or Sam Rainsy.
I can't stand the word Ah, it is so ignorant. So Hun Xen! Hun Xen uses this word because he is an uneducated person.
He call people by Ah, and no one call him reckless and untactful or rude.
So stop using "Ah" already. For those who do not know the Khmer language, using the word Ah in front of person or people is an act of singling them out.
An english comparable of this word is "That one!", what John McCain got in trouble for in the election for calling Obama. Or in terms of people, it means "Those people!"
It is offensive to use Ah because we take away individual identity when we say "That" or "Those" nothing is more offensive in asian culture then to "lose" a face or an identity.
So I am very offended when bombastard readers use the term "Ah" whoever they refer it to, Youn, Khmer, Hun Xen or Sam Rainsy. It offensive.
I want to appeal common readers stop screaming "Ah" at everybody.
Perhaps with the exception of Hun Xen of course since he like to point people out like such in his speeches, I think he deserves the same respect and title.
Frankly though, support this man or not, I would not myself call him "Ah" or "That one!" Let stick to using "Ah" for inanimate object.
"Ah nung" "Ah nus" "Ah Mui nus" "This one, The other one, and That one over there" are use to point out objects, they are not meant to point out living people like Hun Xen does.

Myself, I am just a ordinary Khmer, born on the Khmer soil, speak the Khmer Language, went to school in Cambodia, but unluckily live since 1968 in Europe. I would say in Khmer word I am a Khmer "និរទេសន" or "ព្រាត់ប្រាស់ចោលស្រុក"
I respect all Khmer(Cambodian) born, if they loves and ready to protect our country Cambodia.
It means they are Khmer and my brother blood.

Labelling is an infectious and disastrous tactic of which had led us to a massive killing and sufferring that many khmers have had to endure.
Likewise, currently it is widely used and accepted by our ignorance.
I understand your concern, and it is worrysome to many of us. however the key to resolve this is by mean of drastic change in education and understanding.
Being open minded and focus on national interest will subsequently overcome this labelling method.

How can you compare Cambodia to America when the governing system between the two countries are just like chalk and cheese? Ask yourself what are the different with the assimilation system being applied in the two countries. Vietnamese's assimilation into Khmer in Cambodia stemming from 1993 UNTAC election when a very large numbers of Viet Bo Doi stripped off their military uniform into civilian cloths and gained rights to vote as well stay in Cambodia. They continue to enjoy with special immunity to have direct access to Vietnam government not Cambodia as they would go to the Vietnam Embassy if they have any problem with Khmer people and the Embassy would request to the relevant Cambodian authority to deal with it by providing special consideration. The number have been multiplying through the irregularity of the immigration law which have no control of the influx of the Vietnamese migrations. And you call this assimilation? Well this is one of the strategies to be implemented in the process to build Indochina Federation, IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT assimilation to what you imply.
