«Through the Internet and other information systems Sam Rainsy recently gave interviews and showed documents such as photos, maps and a several-page set of explanatory documents with the purpose of misleading the national and international opinion so as they misunderstand the work of the Committee in charge of border delineation between Cambodia and Vietnam.

The border issue is a sensitive one and can affect national stability and security. Sam Rainsy is using a trick based on technology in order to mislead the public opinion. This is a violation of national laws that are in force.
Sam Rainsy had a dishonest intention when forging public documents and using them to distort information and unfairly blame the Government so as to provoke destruction and create turmoil affecting public security. Moreover, Sam Rainsy used all means to disseminate this invented and erroneous information in order to mislead national and international opinion in the whole world.
Sam Rainsy’s act is a crime as specified in Articles 49 [Forgery of Public Document: 5- to-15- year imprisonment] and 52 [Wrongful Damage to Property: 1-to-3-year imprisonment] of the Criminal Law for the Transitional Period. »

Court of Phnom Penh had released their new policy out that any person who used internet without ID throughout Cambodia will be prosecuted as a crime called "internet crime". If any of you want to use internet you mus first have let your parents sign a contract if you are under 18 years of age, once you approved you will be called Internet Dude (ID). LOL...

Assumed that it was wrong technicality on measuring post relative to borderline of map 1:10,000 recognised by international court,however those posts were in cambodian's farmers.
For public interest,why province authority prevent public to see the site.
Hiding does not prove good intention!!!.
As long as khmers do not cross border line, nothing should be concerned by the authority.

the way i see it, the problem with opposition is they have no sense of unity, and they have an unattractive attitude of this or that. they like to use profanity and animosity toward cambodia gov't. didn't they know people hated bad attitude! maybe they and their company need to get further education or continue education on social sciences or something, really! there are more to cambodia than opposition and company, really. for once, stop living overseas and act tough by running the mouths like diarrhea or something! make a real different by calling cambodia home for a change, please!
The national assembly of Cambodia is belong to Hun Xen. If Hun Xen want to turn righ or left the Cambodia law must go follow him. Oh my poor Cambodia

As a leader of the opposition party, Mr Sam Ransy has his full mandate to protect Cambodian interest and Cambodian right. The court cannot interfer politician job and it is illegal for the court to take side of political party. THe CPP should set up a select committee with 6 members of parliament comprising 2 from each party to investigate allegation made from Mr Sam Ransy and also from declaration of Mr Sva Kim Hong if he has done his job to protect Cambodian interest or not. If this select committee find out who is right and who is wrong. If Mr Sam Ransy is wrong, then he needs to withdraw his allegation and make an apology. But if MR Sva Kim Hong is wrong, he has to loose his job. There is no way to escalate this problem at all. Only criminal government who is creating more problem to their own Nation.

This is so nonsense for AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave government to say that Mr.Sam Rainsy forge public documents and I have yet to see AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave government provided any credible documents to support their claim that the Vietcong government didn't violate Cambodian sovereignty! As far as I am concerned any documentation used by AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave government during the Vietcong occupation of Cambodian since 1979 deem fake and render useless according to international standard!
When Cambodia got her independence from France in 1953 and Cambodia has proper documentation regarding land boundary and maritime boundary and there is no point for the Vietcong slave to deny the real authenticity of Cambodian documentation dated back to 1953 or before that under the French administration of Cambodia!
Cambodia doesn't need the stamp of the Vietcong approval on any of Cambodian documentation in order for it to be consider as legal document!

Millions Cambodian citizens should also be pressent at the court during Mr. Sam Rainsy trial session at Svay Reing and the upcoming trial in Phnom Penh. When the nation stand up as unity is call people power. People power will shake any government. Especially the corrupted one.

It will be interesting to see how Mr. Sam Rainsey can defense hinself from this one. It's very tough road. As some of us may know, to put somebody in an defensive spot by whatever means, is considered offensive and that could subject to law suit. Worse is to put a Nation in an defensive spot which we're seeing right now between SRP and CPP.Unfortunately, the CPP sees it as a crime and a Nation's terrorist, but make no mistake and noone outside looking in should see it that way. They are the two parties who compete for the Nation's leading team. Mr. Sam Rainsey isn't like the CPP claiming him to be. He is a man of trust and integrity. Just because the CPP is taking him to court, he should not worry too much. It's the CPP who is perhaps most deceptive and incompetent about the boder issue between vietnam and Cambodia. In this case, it's a good thing that there is a court to go to. So that he can prove one and for all, that our farmer lost their land to the vietcong( Talking about Youn or Vietnam. Why don't we start calling them VIETCONG from now on, because that what they truely are. Yes, they deserve it 120%).
