It is a positive outlook for the economic stimulation.But a limit to sizes should be applied to each purpose of personal,trade...and so on.
In the past,the foreighners were cheated by cambodian partners. Court of bias has led to distrust of economic investment in cambodia.
However,there are so many of ethnic cambodians such as viets,new chinese and other receive citizenship,for the purpose of economic expansion.
Answer is yes,but it has to be vewry cautious regarding the application of laws.

Yes,concrete is here to stay,what about the moneys where will they end up,in cambodia or group of elites?
What about debts to pay by all resources like minings,forest... to repay the loans?
How many generations of cambodian have to pay back to WB,ADB,western countries,China,Vietnam,USSR.... even to Mr Sok Kong, for the black deal subsidied to all mis-uses of hiarrachy.
