In a diplomatic note dated 26 April, Cambodia reminded heads of all diplomatic missions that they have no business interfering in internal issues of the host country. The ministry of Foreign Affairs sent the note to all diplomatic missions in Cambodia to remind all the diplomatic envoys and ambassadors in Cambodia about their duty as stipulated in the diplomatic international law. The note raised about Article 41.1 of the Vienna Convention on diplomatic relations which stated: “Without prejudice to their privileges and immunities, it is the duty of all persons enjoying such privileges and immunities to respect the laws and regulations of the receiving State. They also have a duty not to interfere in the internal affairs of that State.” The government did not provide any details as to why it issued this diplomatic note, nor to which country it is directed toward.

If Cambodia continues receiving foreign doations, it's plausible to say that these countries have the right to criticize and interfere with the concerned issue (s).
If you, Mr. Hun Sen, still depend on foreign donors, stop barking like a dog without an owner.

How about the Vietnamese government demanding HUN SEN to follow their advises or HUN SEN will get harst punishment from Vietnamese government. So Vietnamese government is not foreigner in Cambodia. Hun Sen is power hungry and selfish.... He is not building Cambodia for the Khmer people. He is building his master's Vietnam interest. This is what he labelled as " The body of Khmer but the head of Yuon". For 30 year Hun Sen ruled Cambodia... And the results is that the Khmer is Suffering... Poverty, injustice, not enough education, no health care, No jobs for the people, Khmer are losing their ancestral farm land...!!!!!! Khmer King, Jayavarman VII ruled Cambodia the same length of time, Cambodia achieved, " Khmer Empire"
with rich in culture, food, land for Khmer to cultivate rice, health care/hospitals and peace..!!!!
Fucking Hun Sen is not qualified for this modern world of politics and economics for the interest of Cambodia and the people... He should step down in order for Cambodia and the people to survive.!!!!! S

Thanks for all our Khmer Krom to help Dejkun Tim Sakhorn from danger. Cambodian government do nothing but get along with vietnamese government to oppress Khmer Krom and the Cambodian people inside Cambodia. SHAME ! on Hun Sen's regime. If I am running the government I'll cleaning up the illegal alien from Vietnam or do something for the benefits of Cambodia.
