Prum Manh is a CCP political mouth piece. He comes abroad to make money but when he goes back he enslave himself to CCP propaganda. This guy worse than a dog. He uses his intelligence to serve madness.
That doesn't surprise me at all to see this low life and other low lives who sell their conscience and dignity to a mere benefit in supporting their illusion. These also include the little tiny dogs who jump in any time in any forum which debates Khmer issues, to show off their useless brain and attack anyone in order to protect their master. Let us wait and see how far they can go?

I heard this clown is very snob. He came to Lowell and I saw him a lot of times. Then when I went to Cambodia and accidently sat next to him in the CTN boxing arena I saw him and say "Jom Reap Sour Lok Poo" he stared at me like he doesn't know me. I talked to myself and reallized that his guy is very conceited. Wow, I can't believe his gesture toward me. From then I lost respect to this guy. I've thought he is a descent guy that can be very socializing when you knew him.
