Please, try to promote peace not war because war can only lead to more destruction. and also in the end the earth does not belong us but we belong to the earth instead. Today,is the twenty first century, let as learn from the past mistakes and turn it into the positive outcome. I know this incident is not Viets' fault but Hun Sen. So again if we want to blame, blame Hun Sen, he is behind this evil act to fill his own pocket and ruined khmer nation as a result of this.
