I beleive the time is enough for Hun Sen. He is real the King of TERRORIST in Cambodia. All the Khmer parties should file him to UN Court. Get him to UN-COURT as soon as possible.

Cambodia, a small country with dictator leaders, had a very small interests for the U.S to intervene

to colonise and Vietnamise Cambodia.

The Physical Basic Needs (FOOD) is the BASE of the Psychological Triangle.

Without Food people cannot think to REBEL, but are busy to feed themselves and their own families,

And this let Hun Sen and Hanoi RULE CAMBODIA as a Viet Province until finally she become a State of Viet Indochina Federation.; 6:56 AM
