i think the eccc should emphasize not just the justice for cambodian people, but also lesson(s)to be learned from all of this as well. educated everyone to understand the goal or purpose of it so we all could gain a positive result from it.
yes, emphasize the lesson to be learned from the KR experience e.g. lawlessness, lack of rule of law, lack of civil society, lack of religious belief, lack of respect, lack of education, etc, etc... these things gave power to the KR to do what they did in cambodia, then. also, war, destruction, extreme way, radical way, egotistical way, hierarchy system, class system, social status, unfairness, injustice, etc, too, all created the KR experience. in the future of the world and cambodia, can we all learn from this and avoid it at all cost?
It is very interesting to see this sort of forum continue to grow without restriction.
It is an open learning that is very beneficial to cambodians and younger generation to share open dialoges and loosen off the differences that may be.
