Thanks for your publication. It is very meaningful. The victims are not only Khmer Krom and Khmer Kandal, but also the Khmer Leu (Isaan) as well, from Thai invasions.
Looking at the current situation, Vietnamese expansion tactics into Khmer land is different to Thai tactics. Thai use very aggressive warfare. Once they have got control, they educate the Khmer people to be Thai smoothly. On the contrary, the Vietnamese use very rude soft tactics. They go inside the Khmer hearts. Once they have got control they will treat the Khmers harshly. However, the Khmers never learn from both lessons, they have been very selfish since the
1970's, including expatriats and Khmers in Cambodia. Those expansionism tactics have been clearly stated in the Khmer literature, called Srey Haktor Paktes (4 volumes), written by Samdach Pang khat. This programme was introduced for all Khmer scholars to analyse and dissert various subjects, including War, Peace, Making Friendships and Breaking Friendships, but no one has thought thoroughly about the subjects.
There are the good, the bad and the ugly in the movie (written Western story), but the real facts in South-east asia, the good never win, unless they change their attitude. Otherwise you lost and will keep losing. Tolerance has no role in this current situation. If you look at Thai Bhuddism, their practice is more strict than Khmers, but when in comes to business, they mean business.
I think that the Mr. Samrach Son, the Editor of the "Tolerance", appleals directly to all Khmers only. Reconciliation, forget and forgive are the step to the unity among Khmers themselve.
Vietnam tricks are the wapons to keep all Khmers to mustrust and to fight each others.
Mr. Samrach Son said: " If you cannot unite at this time, at least all Khmers should not fight or attact each others.
This means that if we want to fight against ennemies from both sides, East and West of Cambodia, we must unite ourselve first.
Tolerance is the true interest of Cambodia.
Son Sanrach, poor idiot, if you want to look smart, you must go farrer than that, USA created Yeakongs, Yuons did not want that, Yeakongs invaded Cambodia, Khmers did not want that, Pol Pot killed Khmers because of Khmers like you, too stupid to understand, Sihanouk is just a man like you, he wanted power, he wanted to run Cambodia for his entire life, he is just a dog like some others, he accept to kiss Hun Sen ass to remain someone and that's all.
