People's Alliance for Democracy co-leader Chamlong Srimuang will today rally to oppose the Cambodian plan on administering Preah Vihear Temple, a World Heritage Site, which he deems in violation of Thai territorial integrity.
The rally is to take place at the Unesco's local office on Sukhumvit Road, an act in defiant of the state of emergency.
"Thai patriots and I will rally because we are not certain that the government will succeed in opposing the temple administrative plan," Chamlong said.

siem pad thugs tried all they can, but the decision to include them for co-management of preah vihear etc still cambodia's to make, not siem nor unesco, etc... you know! i hope unesco will tell siem to back off once and for all. remember unesco consisted of many countries, not just siem pad thugs, you know! and unesco abide only by international rule, not siem rule or siem dance tune, really! siem do not own preah vihear, that's the determine decision. so, siem has nothing to do with cambodia's application to manage the site, etc... in fact cambodia can choose whoever we want to manage our preah vihear, and i'm sure given what siem did to cambodia, we will never choose siem to manage it with us, really! siem is so stupid and ignorant in this sense. siem may be good with business like import/export, but when it comes to deal with cambodia, they are purely ignorant and stupid as they know nothing about diplomacy, respect of court ruling, the international law, etc... siem pad thugs and their monkey king still live in the dark ages for sure! they prove us right about how ignorant they really are! they are worst than youn, i think!
