Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said on Sunday he is ready to discuss ways to resolve the rift between Thailand and Cambodia with his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen at the Asia-Europe Meeting (Asem).
"I'm ready to talk with Prime Minister Hun Sen concerning the Thai-Cambodian conflict together with the Preah Vihear temple issue at the Asem, scheduled for Brussels in October.
"It is not necessary to bring other organisations to deal with the Thai-Cambodian row since the two countries are well aware that they are neighbouring countries and I believe both of us don't want the problem to escalate," Mr Abhisit said.
As for the Thai court's decision to extradite Russian arms smuggler Viktor Bout to stand trial on terrorism charges in the United States, the premier said Foreign Minister's secretary-general Chavanond Intarakomalyasut had clarified the issue the Russian government.
The court's ruling was in line with the law, he added.

No need to talk with Ahbullshit anymore . Talking with his government in the past many times but solved nothing . Now its time to take that case to the international .

The conflict should be settled by the UN since the first few bilateral talks failed.
So, why does Hun Sen still want to mess around with the bilateral talk?
His cronies and he want to divert the population attention from the corruption, dictatorship, poverty…..by playing under the guise of a one sided patriotism to west but not to the east.
Perhaps, they have something else up their sleeves for their personal gains.
Hun Sen is willing to do anything to stay in power. Assuming he loses the election tomorrow, he will not let go of his premiership. He is willing to turn Cambodia into a country of civil war. He cares less if Cambodia loses a few more millions people. That, what happened in 1993 under the nose of UNTAC.

I am also Khmer and would like to send my word that do not accept talk between thai and Cambodian goverment but we do need a rount table talk include all ASEAN members that has Vietname is head of ASEAN for 2010. Thnaks
