EU delegation must be drunk while making this anology. They should study more about Human right abuse in Cambodian. To me it looks like EU gives the green light to the Hun Sen government to abuse their own peple and EU pretends that they see nothing wrong. What a pathetic this delegation?

your example is not appropriated, cars manufacturers produce vehicle with the aim to facilitate the movement for the interest of human.
