i think siem's illegal claim without restraint is a form of distraction, whether it's siem political distraction or the distraction to the fact, like prince thomico mentioned which i supported, that even when the 1907 international treaty went into effect, they did not take into consideration that the demarcation of the siem-khmer borderline divided the khmer people from cambodia, because the border committee did not take into consideration the "ethnolinguistic" feature of the khmer people on the other side of the border. and now siem pretend to use their illegal claim as a distraction from this real loss of cambodian territories. so, this i never thought of before, but prince thomico brought up a good point about it, i think!

yes, khmer say: touk eiy neng dei, thlei eiy neng mot! however, it the case of siem stealing from cambodia, the law will catch up with them sooner or later, really! i think this proverb is only relevant to business, not the law, really. this is where critical thinking still is required so to analyze it, ok!
