MANIFESTATION CONTRE HUN SEN A BRUXELLES LE 4 OCTOBRE 2010
La Police de Bruxelles est prévenue de la manifestation publique que vont organiser plusieurs associations et groupements de Cambodgiens en Europe le lundi 4 octobre 2010 pour protester contre la venue de Hun Sen à Bruxelles et dénoncer son régime dictatorial, corrompu et anti-national. Une autorisation pour organiser une telle manifestation n'est pas nécessaire dans un pays démocratique comme la Belgique.

- Lieu du rassemblement: PARC DU CENTENAIRE, ROND-POINT SCHUMAN, 1040 BRUXELLES. C'est l'endroit où la prochaine rencontre "Euro-Asie" se tiendra ce lundi 4 octobre 2010 avec la participation de nombreux dirigeants européens et asiatiques dont Hun Sen.

Anti-Hun Sen Demonstration in Brussels on 04 October 2010
Brussels police authority was informed about a public demonstration which will be organized by several Cambodian associations and groups in Europe to oppose the visit of Hun Sen in Brussels and to denounce his dictatorial, corrupt and anti-national regime. An authorization to organize such demonstration is not required in a democratic country such as Belgium

during Hun sen Visited at NY There were only 20 peoples who went to joint the rally at the UN headquarter , this time maybe more , because Khmer in Europe is more interesting to manifest against CPP .but I think any kind of demonstration out side the country are usless , because Khmer who has a right to vote for the next election are living In Cambodia ,and most of them they don't like the ousider politic '

I disagree with you regarding" demonstration outside the country is useless". We are Khmer oversea don't have a choice to vote for our Motherland further that doesn't mean we has to sit and do nothing. At least we will amplify their voice to make their voice be heard and when it be heard then it will another international intervention like 1991 Paris Peace Accord.
I believe any action that Khmer do will affect our motherland positively or negatively according to our action.
Keep doing until we can free our mother land from Youn and CPP.
Hun Sen banned Khmer demonstrations in Cambodia that anti his party and policies. Only oversea Khmer people can demontrations against Hun Sen eventhough it is useless but we wanted our voice to be heard by international community how bad Hun Sen is as Vietnamese slave violated all humanity laws, land rights, forced evictions, etc.

Surprise Surprise, in video conference Sam Rainsy has said that he is going to sue PM Hun Sen to European Court. But now, SRP is organized a demonstration against PM Hun Sen when he arrived in Brussels early next month.
Will European Court or a demonstration against PM Hun Sen can do anything to Hun Sen? The simple answer is "No"
