You talk nonsense! They know just as much as you do or even more about hygiene and beauty.
The problem is that they are poor and have no way out of the poverty they are in.
Where do you live? In America? In Europe? In Australia? If you are, you or your parents may have been refugees living in the refugee camps in the past. Refugee camps were dirty and unsightly, but when these refugees came to America, France, Canada, Australia, etc. they don't live like they used to in the camps; they live just like anybody else so you need to take your message to the Cambodian government and remind them to settle these people housing problems with fairness.
Make sure yo do that; don't just preach your message here because it gets nowhere!
I hope Cambodian government help poor people not just try to take this property away from them.
Khmer people have enough tragedy they do not need more of abuse from their own government again, you have no compassion at all.
