Current Cambodian court is not different from the ideology of Angkar Leu of Pol Pot. It is different only the current court will not kill accused to die immediately, but current court will leave those victim die severely.

It's obvious,if those judges did not act in favor of the government,or the riches , he or she will lose his or her job as well.It is a common practice in the banana kingdom.

Dear Venerable Hok Savann,
I am not sure why you and other folks are trying to do? You're wasting your time by trying to analyze these crooks? I told you in the past that it is obvious these CPP are the traitors to Cambodia and we all know that. Perhaps it would be better, if we try to figure out how to get rid of them rather than trying to analyze over and over for what?
Make sense and i agree 11:24AM.How about the case involving PM HUN SEN and MP Mu sochua.It seem ,from the start, that HUN SEN insulted her and at the end MU sochue lost her case completely ,and not only that the court itself even refused take her case at all.Why ?.

Do you have any idea on how to get rid of the CPP?.
You know the sitting judge Sok Setha Mony is a great judge who was demanded by the government to hold all the case which related to the political issues (CFF, assassination all kind of figures e.g. traffic accident, robbery, theft etc...). He was good and great on his performance, but later on due to something arose on his mind about injustice he disagreed to the demand of the government and then he was shot by the perpetrator who were back ah hun xen at the stop traffic street No. 63 while he was stooped at the red traffic light.
You don't need to try to pour water on these bastard head, it will be no use, just curse, insult them, that's all.
It is IMPOSSIBLE that Cambodian justice system could be independant because
1) Hun Sen names and removes judges
2) Hun Sen remains PM for ever
3) Judges must listen to Hun Sen
Cambodian courts are confused by the words LAW and JUSTICE.
Cambodians need and want JUSTICE,
Cambodians don't care about LAW because CPP government uses the word LAW to jail Cambodians like Pol Pot used the word ANGKAR to kill Cambodians.
