Soun Sarei Ratha is Khmer divider along with Meach Sovannara, The Khmer Post Radio News. This two head only have been in US about three years ago at about the same time. Perhaps, Hun Sen might sent them here as spy (Meach Sovannara) and divider (Soun Sarei Ratha).

I don't know this author. With this post, the author has told me a lot about himself. He is not an open minded person. He is just a normal person. He has no credential to criticize Mr. Sam. There are some wrong words used in this article i.e. Kom Tech (destroy), Ngor Ktirt Douch Kteuy... If he is an educated person, he should make this article sounds more diplomatic. He should use the appropiate words. He shuold not recall too much about the past with regards Sam Rainsy's father.

Dear all, I just want to express something about Ratha's personality. Suon Serey Ratha (or Suon Ratha)is such a dangerous person. In political point of view, he just pretends to show all Cambodian people that he is a nationalist. He loves Khmers and the nation. But the way he conducts does not show the fact it is. People really do not know who he is, right or left, democrat or communist or what? He just looks at every one as the worst. He always says Hun Sen's the puppet of Yuon Hanoi, the traitor or something. And then he blames Sam Rainsy of .... As a result, he has no clear direction to walk.
In academic opinion, much of his comment is in illiterate language. He graduates a university class, then he'd rather use diplomatic language than useless words to make change or develop the nation or suggest improving.
In personal idea, Ratha is such a dangerous person.
Then every one who works with Ratha should be more careful.
I agree in both theory and practice that, only actions with intelligence and wisdom would challenge for change and development.
