The Arm uprising is the best solution for getting rid of Hanoi's puppet Regime of Hun Sen and its cronies as our ancestors had been done in 1835-1840 during the reign of Ang Mey, Té-Ong, and Vinh-té canal. Hanoi will eliminate all Khmers by all means, demographic with over 5 millions Viet illegal immigrants, Lands concession from Khmers owners of the country, Yuons depleted all khmer resources, fish stocks, all mineral ores, gas, forests, petroleum, and Gold etc...
I called to all Khmer compatriots to rise up with Axes, Swords, Sticks, Knives, Spears, Arrows, and possible grenades, B40-B41 hand Guns, shot guns to riot and kill THEM for your Freedom and liberate your country from the vietnamese yoke.
That Land Over There is yours; you'll go back to your land one day, because you fight with special privilege. You'll have your home, your land, your Temples back again, because your is right and GOD is on your side.

and opposed any foe, only this strategy would do the job well, and no more yuon in Cambodia for at least sometimes as the old story did...

Before you call any Khmers to any forms of armed rebellion, why don't you just ask if they can stop voting for the CPP first?
If they refuse to do that, then there is no way they will heed your call to do a much more dangerous thing such as armed rebellion.
They already and always have the best weapons in their hands, i.e., their votes so all they have to do is to use it!
You can use the word "Vote" for the rest of their lives in Cambodia. It's not going to happen, if you win they will thread to kill you, even during the UNTAC they called for Autonomy at the EAst of Mekong.

Voters in Cambodia are scared of the CPP Mobsters or mafia's leader Hun Sen, so they just vote to live and save their lives...
I don't thinks it a fair voted in Cambodian, unless you let the U.N. control all the voter. Otherwise ah Kwack will let all ah Youn people voted for him and they'll cheat all the times. And they gonna keep wining.
You will never win with armed rebellion because you will never have enough support among the Khmers to do it. Also the Vietnamese and Hun Sen's people will crush your rebellion without any mercy.
You won't get any international supports either so to go that route, you will be on your own just like Chhun Yasith and you will be condemned for using violence to overthrow the government.
If you vote Hun Sen down and he uses forces to remain in power, then it is a different story! You can put pressure on the international communities to try to find you a solution which may be acceptable to the voters.
So before you plan anything big, let see if you can even convince a real Khmer that Hun Sen is bad. You may be surprised how many real Khmers do indeed support Hun Sen and not necessary out of fear either.
According to the people hearts and minds, no body can win them other than Hun Sen. Stop fool other about your silly armed rebellion and do like poem of ah jkuot Hin Sithan, Hun Sen is going to crush you to the ground! try it, if you want! Hun Sen is one of the strongest military in cambodia taday even king afraid him 90% too.
Kom slab dauch puos, Kom ruos dauch kangkeb!
Hun Sen cannot rule forever.
