I google for this university...but I can't find...so is this university actually exist?
I used to find one university which offer PhD to Mr. Hun Sen, it is called Irish International University, it was later found that it is just a bogus university, no campus, no prof. or what so ever..It has only a website....
Anyway, again, I don't want to insult anyone here...I just want every khmer ppl not to be cheated by some bogus university like this one...Because if those Khmer leaders want a phd from a better known university, it is not much difficult, they just ask their advisor to help them write a thesis...then they can get that...

A PhD like the one Chea Sim , Hun Sen and few more CPP members got is nothing . If its me , I wont accept it because it's useless . If its not useable , why in the world should I accept it ? It's so shameful when you got a license but not knowing how to drive .

To got a PHD you have to spent at least $150,000. 10 yrs of education like a doctor. Hell it cost me 10k for a 1st semester at normal college. Room n board and scholorship.
$4,000 it maybe at univeristy of Phnom Penh for PHD. U can but it there just pay the Teacher.
