PHNOM PENH, 10 Sept – On the eve of International Day of Democracy, the above-mentioned non-governmental organisations, community organisations and unions are pleased to announce a press conference to mark the official release of the joint civil society report on the state of freedom of expression in Cambodia, Cambodia Gagged: Democracy at Risk?

This is the post MODERNISM era...
There is no guaranty yet that Hanoi is or will always be the master of Indochina. Yes, it was yesterday but not necessary today or tomorrow. Don't worry about being late as long as we all start to act now. Hanoi, the useless King and CPP+Hun Sen, they may appear to be strong and the winner but deep inside they are very fearful of people power and knowing that their days are numbered. We don't have to be physically get together but stay unite in spirit and principle and we will win. Just remember action speaks louder than words.
It's a perfect timing for us to act if we are Khmer no matter where or who you are, scream out loud to talk about our problems and our people who are suffered.
