The two Vietnamese naval ships HQ375 and HQ376 docked at a port in Sihanouk city, Preah Sihanouk province, Cambodia to begin an official friendship visit on September 3-6.
This first visit by the Vietnam People’s Navy aims to strengthen the traditional friendship between the two countries.
Vietnam’s delegation met with leaders of Preah Sihanouk province and the two sides agreed that the event marked a new phase in the Vietnam-Cambodia relationship.
Later, the ships reached Phnom Penh to meet with the Cambodian Minister of National Defense and visited Ream navy base to take part in friendship sports events.

Look at them Viet midgets. No wonder the Americans had a hard time infiltrating the Ho Chi Minh Trail tunnels because the Viets were so midget in stature that they can hide & crawl through holes otherwise suited for moles & rats.

I did grow up to be 5ft. 10 inches. Thank goodness I wasn't the height of a VIET MIDGET. As for my brain, it got me through a Masters at the University of Washington. But yes, I AM A PATHETIC CREATURE, I can't believe I could only run 3 miles instead of 4 miles today in my exercise...pathetic worthless I am.

just to make sure that the cambodian girl does not stand on a platform like somebody suggested, I zoomed the photo out. then I realized the girl's bicepts and fore-arms are much bigger and longer than the viet sailors'. so her height has to be proportionally taller. therefore she did not stand on a platform.
