A delegation from the Vietnamese Ministry of Defence has paid a two day visit to Cambodia to discuss measures to boost bilateral security and defence co-operation.
The delegation led by its Deputy Minister Nguyen Chi Vinh also discussed preparations for the ASEAN Defense Ministerial Meeting with its partners (ADMM+).
During their stay in Cambodia, the delegation held talks with General Neang Phat, Secretary of State of the Cambodian Ministry of Defence on September 13. Mr Phat praised Vietnam’s role as ASEAN president and affirmed that Cambodia will work closely with Vietnam to organise the ADMM+ in Hanoi on October 12.
Lieutenant general Vinh applauded Cambodia’s role at the ADMM+ and said the meeting was a measures to boost security and defence co-operation between the two countries. He also emphasised that ADMM-4 in May, 2010 completed a legal framework for ASEAN to expand security and defence co-operation.
On the same day, Mr Vinh met with Prime Minister Hun Sen and Minister of Defence, General Tea Banh.

Just for your clarification about VN economic, VN economy is way better than us far more than you may thing. They have law to protect the investor and they are not afraid to convict corrupt government official. They have court system that serve their country interest not like Khmer court which serves the tyranny interest only. Only corrupt or mafia company is doing business in Cambodia different from VN which has legitimate company such as IBM, BASF .... is doing business with them.
Again, we cannot stop the unstoppable. What can we, the ordinary, defenseless, and powerless people do when all the monkeys are well-equipped with everthing they are given by the Yuons? Of course, we should struggle for our survival, future for our offsprings, and for our dignity of being Khmers, but how if all the monkeys don't care a damn? It's so sad, folks, having born as Khmers living under the oppression of some Khmer traitorous, reckless, and irresposible rulers. Some poeple wish that they would never be born as Khmers again, but I have never made my wish tha way, because I still love my identity as a Khmer. I still love my country and my laguage deeply.

Don't be so stupid. Cambodia need Vietnam military strength to deter Thailand from taking Preah Vihear. Thai may think that Cambodia is small and weak, but they are so dam afraid of Vietnam. After all, the Viet defeated the Mongol, The Chinese Manchu invasion, they defeated the mighty French and super power American.
Cambodia does not need Yuon military to scare Thailand away if Cambodia has a ruler who is a reak Khmer patriot. But unfortunately Cambodia has a whole bunch of monkeys who are bought off by Yuons; they are the Yuon's puppets and therefore they have no choice but to follow Yuons' orders.

Fool, the Viets did not defeat the MONGOL or anybody . They defeated polpot of course.
They defeated Pol Pot because they have created all kind of chaos and made pol pot not to trust any of his ministers that border YUON. When Pol Pot bravely defensed Cambodia YUON kept creating mistrust amongst POL POT ministers. YUON branded almost of of POL POT ministers as their spies such as: Sor Phim, Kuy Thoun, Von Vet, CHo CHet and many many more. When Pol Pot busy killing this traitors YUON surprised POl POT armies when they are reall weak and defeated Pol Pot. Pol Pot was not defeated by Yuons, he worked for Yuons. Khmer-rouges worked for Yuons. CPP worked for Yuons.

When POL POT doesn't want to work for YUON he can only lasted for more than 3 years when YUON ordered him to kill about 3 millions Khmer. When he got weak YUON invaded Cambodia.
For HUN SEN he is serving YUON 110% and last longer than POL POT.
During POL POT, YUON can't send their people into Cambodia. Under HUN SEN there are small amount of killing and jailing but the other way is to allow YUON come in freely without any immingration issue.
