Oh really! in the last few days, this guy Khmer democrat has been posting people power, mass protest to over throw the government. Now he know the reality that majority of Cambodian supporting the government, so there will be no mass protest.
Therefore, may be he is changing his mind, saying that only a few people can change the world. Is he walking away from people power and democracy to political elitist power now!!
4:32, you don't understand English. It's a very famous saying by a very famous educator to mean that change normally starts with one or two or small group with an idea before they catch on. For example, Gandhi ("small group") and now look at the movement and inspiration the world over.
The Cambodian example is Sam Rainsy. He started the labor union movement in 1997 and now look at the strength.
It's to say everyone, no matter how insignificant she feels, can make a difference. Better yet when organized and deliberate.
You can make the change if the mass agree with you and go with you. You can try to change all you want if the mass are happy with what they have, your movement is only minority movement and it doesn't trigger a revolution.
