We Khmer people tend to not respecting each others, who is better who attitude toward one another. Foreigners make us hate each others and the bad influence from Viet Nam is also play a heavy role on our society. We look at others are better then ourselves, we love to put ourselves down and pretend to not know anything.
We think other country is better then us... so the mentality of those khmers will have to think in a way that is not who we are.

Hun Sen doesn't like Paris Peace Agreement (10/23/1991) because he has a mistake as he signed border agreement which made Khmer lost some land to Yuon.
