Calling other Khmers who don't vote for Sam Rainsy Youn is not a good idea.
They are just as Khmer as those who voted for Mr. Sam Rainsy.
If you don't want them to vote for Mr. Hun Sen, then convince them.
Calling them Youn is not intelligent and short-sighted and it will only push them further away from the opposition into the hand of the CPP.
Of course, there are Vietnamese and the crossbreeds (Khmer + Vietnamese) living in Cambodia who, without doubt, vote for Mr. Hun Sen in the current political climate. If you were them, you would do the same, considering the fact that they will always be considered non-Khmers by most of, if not all, the opposition supporters and those who claim that they alone love Cambodia.
If you give these non-pure Khmers a chance, you may be surprised that they may even love Cambodia more than some real Khmers!
Loving and defending Cambodia also mean loving and defending their interests since they also live in Cambodia and for that reason we cannot always argue that they will destroy their interests in Cambodia for the sake of the country from which they run away.
Try asking the Cambodians who live in the US, France, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc. whose interests they would defend if wars were to break out between Cambodia and the corresponding country in which they now live?
One can argue that to defend Cambodia against her neighbours, we need all the help of everyone who lives in Cambodia and loves Cambodia as their home irrespective of their colors, language spoken, look, parents'nationality and birthplace.
A Khmer is someone who defends Cambodia and her interests no matter what he or she looks like!

I think Dr. A Gaffar Oeang Meth has a better personality as Mr. Sam Raingsy. He was a member the Khmer Front national liberation again the Vietnamese Occupation in Cambodia.

Watch for the downfall of Hun Sen. Vietname is already calculating its move. Hun Sen has become more and more an issue and a liability for Hanoi. It might as well decided to let Hun Sen go, at the door of its own chosen. Hopefully, it's not the saem as Hok Lundy. But, time is running short on Hun's clock and clans.
Thirty years ago, every one had to agree with whatsoever the Angkar told them, because everyone was aware of what would be the price for having different point of view than of Pol Pot. If you were not with Angkar, you were the enemy. Pol Pot and his followers were the only people entitled to patriotism. You do not agree with Pol Pot, you are the enemies of Angkar, or Yourn, CIA or KGB agent. After a while, there were more enemies against Pol Pot than immediately after April 1975. Pol Pot had never tried to court Cambodians deported from PP city: all educated Cambodians, engineers, teachers, and those who tried to speak theirs minds were “smashed”! The killing opened the gate for Youn to flood the country. That the lesson to learn from: “You are not with me, you are my enemy”!
Don't forget that at one point in the past, Mr. Sam Rainsy was part of Cambodian Gov.
But, his party was not smart enough to include every body in the society. The party was busy trying to differentiate between former Khmere Rouge members, CPP party members,former Lon Nol ministers, Royal family member and athers parties ect..... This is the extrem ideas which lead to where he is right now.
Every body know that there were many corruptions when the two army merged together (Hun Sen army and Ranarith army). Many ghost soldiers were on the list and some of the high ranking official today are not the person who were on the list (the high ranking positions were sold to a higher bidder). Who was benefit from this corruption ?
This was the worst corruption in Cambodia after the war ended !!!!
Some of the freedom fighters who fought against the Vietnamese invasion were left in the cold. They were told that their position were eliminated but they actualy were sold to the higher bidder.
What do you think who they will vote for during the election ???
he only met with the opposition's party. the canadian's prime minister not bother to know who, when, where sam rainsy. because it's easy to criticise the government effort to unite the country. if he wants to complaint about human right in cambodia, then we have to start from china, birma, viet, lao, north korea even siam. so no discussion, it's just a waste agenda time for canadian's prime minister. the canadian oppostion leader met him, becuz they need more vote from khmer comunity, but after all they won't do nothing to improve cambodia human right. i have lived in canada for 20 years. canadian government is lack of politic's interest toward asia country. they only fight for their big paycheck, sleeping in their luxury office, planning their weekend golf.
