sounds like cambodia can use the concept of reconciliation among themselves. i mean, if we were to jot down every mistake, every flaw, every imperfection, etc a human being made, we wouldn't have enough paper and pens to write with, really! the important and smart thing to do is to make sure people changed, people reformed, people educated, people learned the lesson, etc, etc... if you can't reconcile, then there's no end to violence, etc. they say two wrongs don't make it right, well, then apply it! be smart and educated about it, i mean if people continue to do it again and again, then there's no more chance, but if they repent, acknowledged and wanted to reform, reconcile, change, etc, then by all mean, do give them that chance or that opportunity, and do use the law to punish people, not violence, ok!
