I am comepletely agreed with Mr Sam Ransy. Hun Sen is no more than a puppet of Vietnam to destroy their own Nation in all manners. I wondered how all PhD holders who are working for Hun sen could see these problems?
In democratic parliament, all minister and Prime Ministers must seat in the parlaiment in all sessions to prepare all answers questions by opposition parties members. All questions are no different to accusation and shall be answered truethfully. If they refuse to answer, than opposition can make complain to police and to file their complain to court for their competency.
