Article 8:
The King of Cambodia shall be a symbol of unity and eternity of the nation.
The King shall be guarantor of the national independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Cambodia the protector of rights and freedom for all citizens and the guarantor of international treaties.

For long long time we Khmer never had KING. Khmer only have king kong and sva nhee chhmole. So nothing for you to exspect.
Khmers oversea have right to do everything in Cambodia,
they have right to build school and name those schools: Hun Sen Bun Rany,
they have right to pay District Chief to have permission to build,
they have right to pay more if they want that those schools would be used,
what is freedom !
What do you expect king to do? Is he a smart one? If he was smart enough. he would not let hun sen government write the youn words (slogan) above the Khmer words in Cambodia when president minh triet visited last months.
What can any body do ah Kwack Hun Xen still have his army and police forces and aditional 10,000 bodyguards!
Was UN (UNTAC) handed Cambodia people in 1933, peace and freedom or peace and slavery????
Think UN we not that stupid! but what can we do again the false justice?

This article 8 clearly indicates that KING has roles to protect the rights of cambodians and to gurranty the independence, sovereinty,terrorial integrity.
King is not just to be manipulated as symbol of unity and reign but not rule.
Now,you can no longer blind cambodian people with these facts.
Why our king can't do his job?

we viet nam believe Hun Sen- CPP and the last is the KING Sihanomi did a good job and a good leaders. they are working hand in hand. They are a good leaders and good followers to our instructions.
Also thanks to all our vietnamese brothers and sisters who sacrify their family to work in all level of officials in cambodia to keep it part of viet nam.
If you support what king is doing now you are pushing him to hell!
If you agaist him now you help him to be better position in the future! He can use your rebellion to negotiate with Hun Xen the evil!
