All khmer must give up hope before it too late!
I wonder if Khmer become a Hindu or Muslim country, what will we do different in term of protect our land. I am a Budhist which like most Khmer but our country getting smaller by the day. Or may be we are incorrectly follow the Budhish's path? What can we do to protect our land and not violate Budha's teaching?
Prime minister Hun Sen! your lost your land and sea again, next time Cambodian border next to your home, Heng Somrin he lost his entire home village to Viet already but dare to say nothing, Chea Sim is too weak to say anything except prepare himself for judgement day, where is our belove king please get out from closet and give a big slap on Hun Sen face and say louder "why you gave my land and sea to Viet and punish my people hasss!"?, His majesty the king you can not stay in closet for too long, Cambodian are waiting for you to do something, you have no wife no kid must not afraid to die, you will be our hero king forever.
The historical Buddha was a Hindu and Buddhism, in all its varied forms, is an off-shoot of Hinduism.
Buddha and Buddhist teaching place great emphasis on the development and exercise of reason or critical thinking. To his disciples, 'the Buddha' (not necessarily, the person called Gautama himself, just as all buddhists are his disciples) counseled questioning approach towards prevailing 'truths'.
Accept nothing simply upon the basis of what is said or by whose authority something is said, not even by the Buddha himself. You - the individual - must separate truth from falsehood, right from wrong etc. at your own discretion with the power of your own critical faculty and reasoned judgement.
There is no uniformity in any religious system - extreme and liberal views can be found within all of the great religions, but there are also certain parallels between them such as the stress upon the universality of Truth grounded in Humanity, Compassion, Justice and so on.
The pursuit of 'Justice' could involve means which appear harmful to others or 'ourselves' (Humanity), but again one has to decide to what extent to put up with Injustice being inflicted against oneself or one's kind, and whether such an Injustice is a perversion or corruption of Humanity (Inhumanity) and therefore whether to be tolerated or opposed by whatever means at disposal.
Territorial losses due to blatant encroachments and violations of internal law and relations are gross and unacceptable instances of Injustice, resulting in devastating economic and community misery for the people affected and must thus be regarded as a direct attack upon 'civilised values' and our Humanity.
Do not be content to remain silent when witness acts of Injustice being committed in your name, or in the name of your brothers, sisters, people and Nation. Rise up and protest as loudly and proactively as your means and capability will allow.
Do not wait until there is none left to support your protest.
Take care!

Cambodia believed in Hinduism,Mohayana, Hinayana or Theravada Buddhism, and variety of belief systems since 9th to 13th century, during Khmer empire;but in Low Cambodia,Kampuchea Krom believed in Buddha since 5th and 6th century.
Khmer are generous,honest,and brave persons.
Please, don't blame religions, but you can blame on leadership, management, and the men who lead the country;they are not responsible their duties to lead their country.
Like today, does Hun Sen Khmer Rouge believe in Buddha?
Is Cambodia a free world or a communist country?
If Cambodia is a free world country, how come Sihanouk always lives in China? Why Hun Sen,Chea Sim,Heng Samrin, and Hor Nam Hong Khmer Rouge-Khmer Vietminh get along so well with Vietnam and allow almost six million illegal Vietnamese immigrants live in Cambodia?
Both high officials,Viet and Khmer go back and forth so often?
Vietnamese parliamentarian came to calm down the Khmer who lost their land as the result of dermacation and to confirm with Hun Sen and Sok Ann that Cambodia must stick to 1983 and 2005 treaties to allow Viet settlement and enter Cambodia legally at least 99 years or more and to promote foreign ownership of property which was Viet majority own and live in and land concession for 99 years or more and allowed Viet to work in the land concession and Cambodian nationwide without working visa , allow Viet to build more house in Tonle Sap lake for Viet to fish and export to Viet.
