HUN SEN doesn't have any of the brain lobes. His brain cell is made out of metal, his brain nerve is made out of electrical wires, and his whole brain is made our of Monkey's brain.
Hun Sen 's brain is nothing matter. Hun Sen can only think like a dog or a monkey.
